We provide a brief introduction to quantum graphs and the quantum chromatic number of graphs. We define the lexicographic product of quantum graphs and investigate the quantum chromatic number of the resulting graph products. Additionally, we discuss our work on developing the b-fold chromatic number for quantum graphs analogous to the classical case.

This is joint work with Meenakshi McNamara

Rolando is an assistant professor of mathematics in the Department of Mathematics at Purdue University. He considers himself a proud product of the LAUSD, the community college, and the Cal State systems which set him up to receive his Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Iowa in 2017. Afterward, he went on to do a postdoc at UCLA where he was awarded the UC Presidential Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2018.
