{"id":1625,"date":"2025-05-19T21:17:27","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T21:17:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/colleges.claremont.edu\/ctl\/?page_id=1625"},"modified":"2025-05-19T21:19:34","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T21:19:34","slug":"peer-observation-triad-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/colleges.claremont.edu\/ctl\/services-2\/classroom-observations\/peer-observation-triad-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Peer Observation Triad Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">We are seeking\u00a0<b>faculty\u00a0<\/b><b>from across the Consortium to join our<\/b>\u00a0<b>peer-observation program<\/b>.\u00a0Participants will form triads,\u00a0visiting each others&#8217; classrooms,\u00a0exchanging feedback, and learning from each other as they build community.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We estimate an investment of\u00a0<b>25 hours,<\/b>\u00a0including time connecting in triads\u00a0across the semester, plus\u00a0<b>required community workshops<\/b>:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">1) pre-semester community building and &#8216;how to&#8217; workshops (four hours total)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">2) mid-semester check-in (one hour)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">3) end-of-semester\u00a0feedback and celebration (two hours)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">See\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1ve1-Kd-YHtHNfTcSEx7BypjOMzs1_sJh\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=108487449638583065428&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\">slidedeck<\/a> for more information.
