The Power<br \/>\nMove Deck is a tool that helps team members understand their greatest<br \/>\nleadership strengths. It starts with self-awareness and understanding<br \/>\npersonal strengths and opportunities for growth. As each team member<br \/>\nshares their insights, they can more readily activate their Power Move,<br \/>\nmaking the team stronger and more cohesive.<\/p>\n<p>This activity is great for the whole team, but can also be used for smaller<br \/>\ngroups (i.e. first years, sophomores, juniors, seniors, or a leadership group).<br \/>\nIt can be done at any point during the season, especially in moments<br \/>\nwhen the team is struggling to define leadership, when there isn\u2019t a clear<br \/>\nleader, or when team members aren\u2019t holding themselves or each other<br \/>\naccountable or taking ownership over responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Do this activity anywhere, but make sure there is enough space for small<br \/>\ngroups to spread out and get comfortable.
