Tiffany Shao<\/strong><\/em> is a Ph.D. student in the Psychology program at Claremont Graduate University. Her research primarily focuses on topics at the intersection of law and psychology, specifically how racial attitudes, stereotypes, and prejudice influence decisions made in the criminal legal system. She is committed to exploring innovative approaches for crafting evidence-based policies that are responsive to community needs<\/p>\n
