Auditions for Joint Music Program Choirs and Orchestra
The ensemble classes of the Joint Music Program are open to all students at the Claremont Colleges by audition. Students in these ensembles come with a variety of interests and represent many majors, from science and math to the social sciences, arts, and humanities. Students can audition as first-year students or in later semesters. Ensemble classes are repeatable for credit
The choirs and the orchestra have different audition processes. The next general call for auditions is for Fall semester 2025, to be held August 22-27. Incoming students who are registering over the summer can ADD the ensemble class in the week after the auditions. Please see the audition pages of each ensemble for details.
