Minor (Class of 2029) - Media Studies

Minor in Media Studies

A minor in Media Studies requires completion of six graded courses, which must all come from the core Media Studies course list in the catalog and IMS program materials. Courses listed as fulfilling each requirement are subject to change.

Requirements for the Minor:

Introduction to Media Studies: MS 049 PZ, MS 049 PO, or MS 049 SC
Introduction to Film: MS 050 PZ, MS 050 PO, or LIT 130 CM
One introductory production course from the Introductory list.
Two courses from the Intermediate Theory/Practice course list
One course from the Advanced Theory/Practice course list
