Peer Observation Triad Program

We are seeking faculty from across the Consortium to join our peer-observation program. Participants will form triads, visiting each others’ classrooms, exchanging feedback, and learning from each other as they build community.

We estimate an investment of 25 hours, including time connecting in triads across the semester, plus required community workshops:

1) pre-semester community building and ‘how to’ workshops (four hours total)

2) mid-semester check-in (one hour)

3) end-of-semester feedback and celebration (two hours)
