Roadmap Process
The Workday Roadmap is a document describing and prioritizing the configuration needs, wants and
requests that are either cross-functional or are specific to a functional module. Projects for the
roadmap can come from various sources, which is encouraged. They may be new functionality released
by Workday as part of their regular upgrade cycles, issues identified by end users submitted through the
Workday Helpdesk, enhancements identified by the Core teams, and many others. All of these sources
will be submitted into Workday Adoption Planning for tracking purposes.
