Ongoing Events for 2025-2026

Guilt Free Book Club

This book club strives to be guilt-free in every way. You don’t need to have read to attend, and you are welcomed join in at any time — arriving late, leaving early, or missing a week is perfectly OK!

We will meet every other Wednesday, starting January 28th, from 12:15 – 1:15 PM in the Honnold Conference Room at the Claremont Colleges Library. Lunch will be provided.

Learning Communities

LCs are small groups of faculty/instructors who come together regularly over the course of a year to discuss various aspects of their teaching, support each other, and/or work together to solve a shared pedagogical problem or question. Each LC will meet every other week at a time and date determined by the group.

First 5 Socials

Once a month (usually the last Thursday) CTL hosts a social evening for faculty in their first 5 years at the colleges. Check the calendar or join our mailing list for more details!
