Please submit a request at least 48 hours in advance.

ATTENTION: For spring 2026, Studio 1 and Studio 2 have limited availability due to classes. Friday requests in Studio 2 will be determined on a case-by-case basis because staff may be using power tools in the Toolbox next door. Please still submit a space requests if you are considering and interested in using the Hive. Thank you!

Why would you like to use a Hive space for your class or recurring group activity?

What space are you interested in using (Hive open hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m.- 7 p.m.; Sat/Sun 1 - 5 p.m.; summer, Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)?

Studio 1/SGMudd room#124 (28 capacity, high tables with stools)
Studio 2/SGMudd room#127 (30 capacity, standard square tables with chairs)

Please include 15-30 minutes for set up and clean up

What day and time is the class or event? For recurring meetings, please list all dates and times.

How will your course/event be hands-on, experiential, and collaborative to enhance creativity?

How have you envisioned configuring the room? The room will not be set up in any particular formation, please plan for enough set up time.

Do you need anything else from the Hive such as materials or equipment?

Are you willing to observe community rules for the space?
