As identities and needs of LGBTQIA communities are constantly changing, it is important to stay current with language used and understand ways to best enact allyship. We like to think of allyship as something that we do, instead of as an identity with no call to action. We must all enact allyship to work for more socially just and equitable societies for people with marginalized genders and sexualities.
