Bri has overseen LGBTQ centers in higher education for over a decade and calls Southern California his home. Bri has multiple peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on the experiences of Latinx/a/o LGBTQ populations, race in selective admissions, gender and sexuality, and trans inclusion policy in higher education. Bri works directly with supporting and educating students, college departments and organizations across the seven Claremont Colleges about LGBTQ identities and serves as a confidential resource for students at all 7Cs.

Bri received his Ph.D. in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University and Masters of Education from The Pennsylvania State University College Student Affairs program. He is a proud Capricorn, enjoys spending his time with loved ones and dog Gigi. Bri listens regularly to many political and personal finance podcasts.

Pharalyn has a mental health background and has previously served as a therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults before becoming the Assistant Director at the Queer Resource Center. She loves fur babies, tiny humans, listening to podcasts, and being invited to talk about the QRC with student organizations and clubs at each of the Claremont Colleges.
