Innovative senior thesis fulfills real-world aspirations

Learn about the bright future and innovative senior thesis of previous student staffer, CMC graduate, and design thinking advocate Anya Zimmerman-Smith. After taking an advanced independent study HCD course at The Hive (the Center for Collaborative Creativity) taught by our director Fred Leichter, she was able to take the inspiration from a semester-long project and partner with UCSF Brain Tumor Center to reveal the impact of HCD in healthcare.
