And, what is product management anyway? A fad? A ticket to big bucks and happiness? Two boring words connected?

This workshop will give you an experience in being a Product Manager. We’ll engage in a real exercise, using product management tools to decide on real life moves and predicting what will happen in a large-scale product test we are all in the middle of: OFO bikes. Learn how product decisions are made and make them.

The workshop will be led by Hive Director Fred Leichter calling upon his years of industry experience as a designer, product manager and manager of product managers. We also have participation from OFO’s product team in SoCal.
