Empathetic Listening Mini-Workshop

January 23, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Empathetic listening is one of the most important skills in the design thinking process. Come learn how to have – or more accurately, how to be a good listener in – conversations that can uncover people’s real needs and help foster an atmosphere of true collaboration.

This mini-workshop is being led by the Hive’s resident anthropologist and associate director, Shannon Randolph.
