Empathetic Listening – Tuesdays at the Hive

This 1-hour workshop will give you a quick, hands-on overview of empathetic listening, a skill used in problem solving of all kinds, and one of several tools used in everything from design thinking to mediation to interpersonal communication. This is a great opportunity to get some concrete skills for how to have — or more accurately, how to be a good listener in — conversations that can uncover people’s real needs and help foster an atmosphere of true collaboration.
