You’re trying to make a positive impact in the world, but goodness! Are you supposed to feel this depleted? Scattered? Dejected? Come practice mindful breathing, walking, eating, and listening in community. We’ll get grounded, reconnect with ourselves, and nourish our spirits to keep us going for the long run.
