Scary Movies and Black People

Watch scenes from your favorite scary flicks with a more focused look at how black characters are framed. It’s a new kind of movie night still with popcorn, candy and theater lighting. Bring your friends, bring a date or ride solo, whatever you do get here. You don’t want to miss this.
Some Movies Scenes To Expect: Get Out, Scary Movie Series, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and More…
Anyone from scary movie binge-watchers to those that are afraid of every creak in the night is welcome. A big question we’ll be focused on is “what makes a movie scary” At the end you’ll get a chance to write your own 3mins scary movie that incorporates your answers to these questions.
