Why Your Group Needs Advanced Planners and Procrastinators
Friday, November 18 @ 8-9 PM
We all know that the early bird gets the worm and the second mouse gets the cheese. How can we structure teamwork to capitalize on the relative merits of both advanced planning and last-minute efforts? This workshop addresses strategies for managing team expectations and accommodating different pacing styles. The workshop will help teams distribute shared resources and effectively plan their time.
