02.01 Sip and Knit - Join us for our first-ever sip and knit event. We will supply the cocoa, just bring your own mug!

02.11 Leatherworking - Enter the world of leather crafting in this hands-on experience in the Toolbox. You'll learn key leatherworking techniques and apply them to create personalized key rings, wallets, and satchels
02.16 Wooden Tray Making- Unleash your creativity with wooden tray making in the Toolbox. This hands-on experience guides you through the process of crafting fantastic artisan wooden trays, perfect for displaying and holding your cherished knickknacks.
02.20 Design Thinking Crash Course- Explore the design thinking framework and create something amazing through this highly-engaging crash course!
02.23 Creative Tools: Notion 101- Learn more about Notion, a web application for all your creative and organizational needs. With the guidance of 5C Notion campus leaders, discover the tools and templates of Notion while sipping on free boba.
03.01 Stacked Wooden Sculptures- Transform scrap wood into artistic masterpieces! We'll not only teach sustainable use of discarded wood, but also explore the creation of abstract art pieces and functional objects such as pencil and necklace holders.
03.05 Publishing for Creatives: Where Do I Start? -Let Curious Publishing founder Rebecca Ustrell and poet linett luna tovar guide you through the basics of getting your creative work published!
03.22 Concrete Casting- Come on down to the Toolbox to demystify the practice, labor, and art of concrete casting. Learn the foundational skills of mixing concrete and creating molds, specifically focusing on crafting beautiful pots and plant holders.
03.30 Making Music from Nature - Explore climate change through sounds of living organisms, wind, water, and earth at the Bernard Biological Field Station. Then return to the Hive's Soundbox and create soundscapes or music collages relevant to local environments.
04.10 Clothing Swap + Sewing Basics- Bring some gently worn garments, and take home your next favorite outfit at our Clothing Swap! We’ll also be offering basic sewing tutorials.
04.16 Affirmation Jar Making - Join us as we collaborate with the EmPower Center for affirmation jar making. Come share some words of encouragement and positivity with friends!
04.19 Cyanotyping- Are you curious about early photographic processes? Do you need new art for your dorm room? Join us to learn how to make your own cyanotype prints!
