Curious about Service Design? Interested in improving your skills in design research? Eager to sharpen your powers of observation and inference? Excited to learn new mapping tools that designers use to make sense of the world? Then this is for you! We’ll take a mini field trip off campus to focus on service experiences, and then return to the Hive to learn about the art and science of Service Blueprinting, with fun and adventure all along the way!
