This is a way to donate to the Black Lives Matter movement for free. Open the Youtube link and make sure to turn off your ad blocker. The ad revenue generated goes toward supporting Black Lives Matter. *According to an update by the creator Zoe Amira, this video is no longer monetized as of June 11th for reasons she explained in her post. She is currently working with YouTube representatives to change this and in the meantime YouTube will make a donation equal to the amount that the video raised.
The news can be visually, psychologically, and emotionally overwhelming. Therapyforblackgirls recognizes this and has provided ways specifically for Black women and girls to care for their mental wellbeing.
